প্রাপ্ত বয়স্কঃ ২-৪ চা চামচ করে দিনে ১-২ বার, শিশুঃ ১/২-১ চা চামচ করে দিন ১-২ বার অথবা চিকিৎসকের নির্দেশমত সেব্য।
